Before reserving your appointment, please read policies below carefully, there are few precautions that need to be taken to ensure your appointment runs smoothly.

  • Consultations provide an opportunity to address any concerns or inquiries you may have, ensuring a better understanding of the process and meeting your expectations. Consultations are not mandatory, strongly recommend them, especially if you have detailed questions regarding your desired service, stylist, or extension request.

    Please kindly take note that certain services may necessitate a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment.

  • We are excited to announce that we are now located in Houston, Texas and are currently accepting reservations!

    To ensure a seamless booking process, please read the following policies carefully:

    1. Booking Requirements

      • A valid government-issued ID or passport (showing ONLY your full name and photo) is required before booking. This is strictly enforced to maintain a secure appointment process.

      • Failure to provide a valid ID during the booking process will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

    2. Planning Your Appointment

      • Please schedule your appointment wisely, allowing ample time for the service to be completed and for you to reach your next destination.

      • We kindly request that appointments are not booked on the same day as important events, such as photoshoots and etc.

      • All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    3. Grace Period

      • There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive after this window, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled.

    4. Hair Preparation

      • Clients must ensure their natural hair is detangled & ready to be washed for service prior to the appointment to allow for efficient and timely completion.

    5. Extensions and Lace Requirements

      • Extensions and lace should be thoroughly washed with warm or hot water using a clarifying shampoo—no conditioner is needed. Yes, used extensions will be accepted, but make sure they are full wefts and not choppy short piece wefts.

      • Please ensure the extensions are completely dry before your reservation begins.

      • The lace must be 100% HD. During the reservation, the lace will be bleached, toned, and customized.

      • All frontal units must be a full lace frontal. T-shaped, 13x1, or partial lace fronts will not be accepted.

      • No 4x4 closures will be accepted.

    What Does Content-Ready Mean?

    • Wear a clean, put-together outfit (no bonnets, pajamas, or oversized hoodies).

    • Have a fresh face or a soft, natural makeup look (optional but encouraged).

    A fresh face means groomed and polished brows, moisturized, glowy skin, and a clean, natural appearance.

    A soft makeup look includes light foundation or tinted moisturizer, groomed brows, soft neutral eyeshadow, mascara, and a natural lip color-nothing too heavy or dramatic.

    • Be open to taking photos and short videos of your final look for our content.

    How to Get Approved for the Discount:

    • Discount eligibility will be approved upon arrival based on the content-ready guidelines.

    • If the criteria are not met, the full service price will apply.

    • No exceptions once the appointment has started.

    Discount will be applied at checkout once approved.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment, which will be applied towards the total service fee.

    The remaining balance must be paid in cash, zelle or card (processing /or tax fees may apply.)

    AfterPay

    We are happy to offer Afterpay as a payment option for your services, allowing you to split your total into four interest-free payments. Before using Afterpay, you must ensure that you have been approved for the full amount of your service. For example, if your service costs $300, Afterpay must approve you for at least $300 before your appointment. To use Afterpay, please have the Afterpay app downloaded and set up prior to your visit. At checkout, you will generate a one-time Afterpay card in the app, which can be used to complete your payment. Failure to complete payment through Afterpay will require you to pay the full amount in cash or Zelle.

  • Color Customization

    To ensure proper color customization, it is mandatory to submit & drop off all color customization requests at least 7 business days prior to the reservation date. Drop-off of all items should be done within normal business hours. It is essential that all items are handed directly to the stylist on duty. Please refrain from leaving anything unattended outside the shop or in the mailbox. Kindly note that we cannot assume responsibility for items that are not left with an on-duty stylist.

    Wig Prep

    It is required that you provide a clear video of your unit 48 hours in advance. This video should showcase the lace, front hairline knots as well as the inside of the unit. Please ensure that the video offers a detailed view, allowing us to assess the unit accurately prior to your appointment.

    When submitting your video, please ensure to include a greeting, state your name, and mention the time and date of your appointment. This additional information will help us properly identify and associate your video submission with your scheduled appointment. Thank you for your attention to detail.

    Please ensure that the laces are in their original, unaltered condition when you arrive for your new appointment, unless they were initially installed by stylist for a reinstallation appointment.

    Extensions

    When bringing in used extensions, it is essential that they are completely free of any debris, thread, and glue. Prior to your appointment, please ensure that your bundles have been washed and are ready to be installed. Your cooperation in presenting clean extensions is greatly appreciated.

  • While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, please note that cancelling on the same day or not showing up without notice will result in a charge of 85% of the total service fee.

    Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the service fee.

    You may reschedule your appointment by referring to the confirmation email. Please note that you are permitted to reschedule once, up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
